tcRemoteAccess32 v0.983
This version of tcRA32 has some bugs fixed and a few new features. There is a major update on the way, which is going to support 32-bit com handling and is Y2K compliant. This release is still a beta. The reason I released it anyway is because of the time limit of 0.982. This version will run untill november 1st 1998. The next version will not be time limited, this will be a shareware version with some registered-only features disabled.

The year 2000

The year 2000 issue is also concerning us, Solutions have been found and we're currently working to make all the software Y2K compatible. Some good news: the RA filebase has no Y2K problems (until the year 2107). The old TotalControl Filebase Editor has Y2K problems, but a new Windows98 version of the Filebase Editor is on its way!

This version of tcRA32 already converts all the dates with 2 year-digits to 4 digits, but there are still some issues which we are enhancing now. Don't worry, the software will just work fine after 2000.
